1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Tiger Rock Marketing LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

- SaaS products
- AI and RAG system consulting
- Digital products
Services are provided on a project, subscription, or retainer basis as outlined in specific agreements.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is stated in USD unless otherwise specified
- Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional fees (1.5% per month)
- We accept credit cards, ACH transfer, and wire transfer
4. Intellectual Property
- Code and work product created under project agreements is owned by the client (unless otherwise agreed)
- Our internal tools, templates, and methodologies remain our property
- Client retains ownership of their data and input
5. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of your business information unless required to disclose by law. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide services "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Terms vary based on engagement type (project vs. retainer). Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify existing clients of material changes.
